- CISCO COMPUTER HARDWARE COMPONENTS (brand name or equal to) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is PR 1300116051 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-27. The associated NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a business size of 1000 employees. There is a brand name or equal to requirement for these items. The Government intends to set aside 100% of this requirement to a small business HUBZone entity as stated in FAR clause 19.502-2. The following is being procured: SEE ATTACHMENT Items meeting the capabilities (form, fit, and function) of the above will be evaluated. Award will be made to the best value offeror, consisting of price, past performance and technical capabilities. Early delivery is authorized and acceptable. The following provisions are applicable to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000. The provisions must be completed and returned. The use of ORCA is required for this procurement. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (5)(i), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (21), (24)(i)), (26), (28), (31) and (36). The following FAR/DFAR/NAVAIR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.204-7, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 5252.204-9503, 5252.204-9504, and 5252.232-9513. The following DFAR clauses apply: 252.212-7001(b): (17), 252.232-7003 and 252.246-7000. The following clauses also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, *Required Central Contractor Registration. * Payment will be made through WAWF. Wide Area Work Flow will be utilized for invoicing and payment. This is a RFQ and does not commit the Government to a purchase.
