- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation FA2517-09-T-6016 (iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 and the size standard is 100 employees. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. (v) The following commercial items are requested: Please see the attached performance work statement. Wage Determination 05-2079 Rev 7 dated 3 June 2008 applies to this solicitation. CLIN 0001 – Building 2 Training Room Audio IAW SOW dated 3 Dec 2008 $____________________ (vi) The commercial items listed are for audio equipment installation and programming configurations in four training rooms. Note that the period of performance for this requirement is 19 – 26 December 2008. Work is required to be accomplished during this timeframe and the training rooms will be available during this timeframe during the day including nights and weekends in order for work to be completed. (vii) The period of performance is from 19-26 Dec excluding 25 December 2008. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, state your alternate delivery terms. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (JUNE 2008) (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation--Commercial Items (a) (JUNE 1999), applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on lowest price meeting performance work statement requirements to include period of performance. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items (JUNE 2008), applies to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal.
