- Updaate: 12/3/2008 This notice is hereby provided as Amendment 0004 to the official Centrifuge Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8626-08-R-2101. The Government is exercising its right to amend the RFP to clarify information for all potential offerors and reserves the right to create further amendments if necessary. Please see the attached schedule of changes in the RFP amendment for specific changes that occurred to Section J, Attachment 4, Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. Please note that the changes in Section M are not intended to alter the evaluation criteria but rather to remove ambiguity related to the additional positive credit an offeror may/may not receive for exceeding certain requirements. Since this is not a materiel change but a clarification, the proposal submittal deadline is not being extended and remains at "Not later than 4:00 P.M EST 5 Jan 2009." Please contact the POC, Mr. Christopher Hasen, at the e-mail address or number above if there is a problem locating the attachment RFP amendment 0004 file. Update: 11/25/2008 This notice is hereby provided as Amendment 0003 to the official Centrifuge Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8626-08-R-2101. The Government is exercising its right to amend the RFP to clarify information for all potential offerors and reserves the right to create further amendments if necessary. Please see the attached schedule of changes in the RFP amendment for specific changes that occurred to Sections A, E, and I. The proposal submittal deadline is being extended to "Not later than 4:00 P.M. EST 5 Jan 2009." Update: 11/20/2008 It has come to the attention of the 577 AESG/PK through industry feedback that the electronic files under the original RFP and RFP Amendment 0001 are no longer able to be downloaded. The contract negotiator researched this issue and discovered that the files were mistakenly deleted due to a technological error when posting RFP Amendment 0002. All of the files attributed to the Centrifuge RFP and RFP Amendment 0001 are attached to this notice. Please contact the POC, Mr. Christopher Hasen, at the e-mail address or number above if there are continued problems in locating these files. Update: 11/14/2008 This notice is hereby provided as Amendment 0002 to the official Centrifuge Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8626-08-R-2101. The Government is exercising its right to amend the RFP to clarify information for all potential offerors and reserves the right to create further amendments if necessary. Please see the attached schedule of changes in the RFP amendment for specific changes that occurred to Sections B, K, and M. The proposal submittal deadline is not being extended as part of this RFP amendment. Proposals are still due "Not Later Than 4:00 P.M. EST 8 December 2008." Please also note attached list of questions received from industry regarding the RFP and the Government responses which are applicable to all offerors. Update: 10/23/2008 This notice is hereby provided as Amendment 0001 to the official Centrifuge Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8626-08-R-2101. The Government is exercising its right to amend the RFP in order to clarify information for all potential offerors and reserves the right to create further amendments if necessary. Please see the schedule of changes in the RFP amendment for specific changes that occurred to Sections A, J, K, and L. The two attachments to the RFP amendment, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Section L, are the only attachments that have changes incorporated from the original RFP; all other attachments from the RFP remain unchanged. Note: Based on industry feedback regarding the RFP, the proposal submittal deadline has been extended to "Not Later Than 4:00 P.M. EST 8 December 2008."Please also note attached list of questions from industry regarding the RFP and the Government responses which are applicable to all potential offerors.
