- This project consists of road construction, reconstruction, aggregate haul and placement, and road closure gates. There is 0.18 miles of new construction and 7.3 miles of reconstruction, to include two pipe road closure gates to install. The construction of specified roads shall be completed by August 18, 2009. Contract time is 60 days. Performance on project shall start no later than June 01, 2009. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-09-0017, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP), resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about December 17, 2008 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Proposal Visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information is available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process. Vendors are required to register at the Online Representations and Certifications website (ORCA); registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
