- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27. The requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS is 424710 business size is 100 employees. U. S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is requesting quotation to provide, Item # 1, Diesel fuel # 2, 1 truck load capacity, estimated quantity, plus (+) or minus (-) ten percent (10 %) of 7,500 gallons to be delivered to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 1115 N. Imperial Ave., El Centro, CA 92243. Tank to be filled with Diesel Fuel is above ground. Delivery shall be no later than December 31, 2008 and will be coordinated and approved by the person whose name will be provided after award. FOB – destination. Use reference # FSDECC-0008 when submitting quote. The Government intends to make one single award to the most responsive and responsible lowest price. Type of contract will be fixed price.
