- Note: All responses to this IFB shall be mailed to Western Area power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland CO, 80539-3003. Physical Addressforhand carried bids: Western Area power Administration, 5555 East CrossroadsBoulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, has a requirementfora contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment,tools,transportation, and any other resource necessary to complete this project.Thework includes, but is not limited to, constructing and completing the Snowy Range Substation Stage 02 and transmission line 230-kV addition systemupgradeto include: miscellaneous site work; concrete foundations; substation metal work; substation electrical, transmission line; and service building work. The work is located at the Snowy Range Substation in Albany County,Wyoming.The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and$5,000,000.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237130 and the applicable sizestandardis $33,500,000.00. This procurement will be issued unrestricted (full andopencompetition). It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued at thissiteon or about December 16, 2008. The specifications and drawings will beissuedin hard copy only by request.
