- NAICS Code: 334519 **THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE**The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting quotations for a Stability Temperature Chamber for the purpose of conducting tests to provide data related to the emission rate and permeability of tarps used toreduce the emission of fumigants. These data will be used in risk assessment of fumigants and the use of tarps. The Stability Temperature Chamber must be able to maintain constant temperature (less than 0.5 degree of variation) at a set temperature (between 20 and 50 degrees Celsius) and provide adequate space to conduct the test (minimum of 20 sq. ft shelf area and 50 cubic ft for the entire unit). The offeror shall submit a fixed price quotation inclusive of any initial delivery and set-up costs. Offerors should rely on their standard commercial literature to the greatest extent possible and should not incur substantial costs preparing their quotations. Quotations are due by Friday, December 5, 2008 at 2:00pm eastern standard time and shall be submitted electronically to Joel Rivera at rivera.joel@epa.gov.
