- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a requirement for the following material: Combustion chamber, p/n: 9101M29G73, nsn: 2835012829086, (1) each; OEM: General Electric Company (GE), cage: 07482; The Government will accept quotations based on refurbished or used surplus provided all appropriate and applicable Certificates of Conformance (COC)IAW FAR 52.246-15 are provided upon delivery. Material delivered without proper COC's will be rejected by the Government at destination. Applicable NAICS: 423830, business size 100 employees; The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price purchase order to be awarded at the close of quotation evaluation. The material quoted is required to be a GE manufactured item in accordance with the latest OEM drawings. Delivery location is the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, CA 92136. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Destination by the Government. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. Technical capability, past performance and pricing criteria will be established in the solicitation and shall be evaluated in determining an awardee. The RFQ will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil on or about December 8, 2008.
