- Solicitation IQC08322009043 will contain one NSN6665-01-462-2251 for an Indicator, Carbon MO; Application/ Weapon System: Miscellaneous. This requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply is Lawrence Factor, Inc, Cage 0R763, and P/N GG-192453. Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 625 each, each Option Year EAQ: 625 each. : Base Year MAQ: 1,249 each, each Option Year MAQ: 1,249 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 30 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation SPMK4A6-09-R-0143 issue date is estimated at December 15, 2008. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
