- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, MAK RTI licenses(17), MAK RTI license Maint.(17), Data logger-Win (1), Data logger Maint. (1), MAK FOM Agile Gateway-Win (1), MAK FOM Agile Gateway Maint- Win (1), VR-Link RT Lic-Win (1), VR Link RT Maint.- Win (1), VR Link Dev. Lic- Win (1), VR-Link Dev. Main- Win (1). This requirement is sole sourced to MAK technologies, Inc in order to provide simulation development that is High Level Architecture compliant. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
