- The following information was the result of an exchange with a potential offeror. I cannot provide pricing guidelines and FEDBIZOPPS cannot provide guidelines either. This site acts as Government Point of Entry(GPE) to disseminate Government Business Opportunities. The RFQ package contains the guidelines. Please read the instructions on pages 4 and 5. 2. We do not go by site openings. There is no established number of reporters for each site. Please remember that if you are successful in securing a Blanket Purchase Agreement as Verbatim Hearing Reporter- there are no guarantees of work or firm hours. This is a contractor opportunity-not a federal job. 3. Please follow the instructions outlined in the RFQ and return only pages 5,7(a separate sheet for each site) and 45. You may retain the balance of the RFQ. 3a. Please remember to apply for a DUNS number(Data Universal Numbering System) and register in CCR. Both of these items are FREE OF CHARGE. 4. You are not required to submit anything other than the above. If you receive a Blanket Purchase Agreement, then you will be provided with the appropriate security clearance forms.
