- PR number 0020304963 Solicitation Number is SPM4A7-09-R-0336, NSN 1560-01-539-3702, Nozzle Assembly for the Apache AH-64, Helicopters. This solicitation is for an approved sole source item to Boeing Helicopters (8V613). FOB point is Origin, and Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Alternate offerors must submit a full SAR package for evaluation. A letter solicitation for 11 each will be issued with an expected award to the sole approved source of supply, Boeing, against their Basic Ordering Agreement. This solicitation is for a Definite Quantity Contract. Delivery is 195 days ARO. Ship to: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is December 16, 2008 and the closing date is January 15, 2009.
