Description
1. The proposed procurement Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 236220, Size Standard is $33.5 M. The type of contract is Firm Fixed Price. Total contract term is five (5) year period, and the total Contract value Will Not Exceed $30,000,000.00; The contract minimum guaranteed amount is the amount for the first task order. Indefinite Delivery Contracts will be awarded in support of the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers and can be used through the North Atlantic Division. 2. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The contract will be negotiated and awarded for a five (5) years period, and total contract value not to exceed $30 M. Firm will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. Work will be issued by negotiated Firm-Fixed-Price task orders. The wages and benefits of service employees (see FAR 22.10) performing services under this contract must be at least equal to those determined by the Department of Labor under the Service Contract Act. Task orders will be awarded on scopes of work defining specific requirements. All work will be to support US Army Corps of Engineers and its customers located within USACE North Atlantic Region boundaries and assigned North Atlantic Division mission areas. Specific areas of concerns are areas covered Fort Meade Bay Area Office, Fort Integrated Program Office and District of Columbia Integrated Program Office. 3. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work will consist of furnish necessary personnel, facilities, travel, material, and equipment to furnish construction management support. Possible actions anticipated under this contract delay Impact Analysis, Change and Claim Analyses, Independent Schedule Quality Assurance Testing, Construction Contractor Schedule Review, Estimating Services, Project Consultant/Program Manager Services, Project Manager Services, Office/Project Engineer Services, CADD/Specialized Drafting Services, Construction Integration Phase Services, Project Procurement Phase Services and Miscellaneous and Technical Specialists. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Offerors will submit their technical proposal as directed in the solicitation. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. You must be registered in the (CCR) Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award of a Federal Contract.
