- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed priced order with Penny & Giles, Dorset UK to install, test and deliver updated firm for the VH-60 Penny & Giles Air Data Computer (ADC). Penny & Giles is the only source that currently meets these unique requirements for the VH-60N aircraft and the only source capable of meeting these requirements in the timeframe mandated to support these orders.
