- The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice or Request for Information is for market research purposes only to identify hotels in and around the Washington DC metropolitan area that are willing to provide meeting space, lodging, and possibly shuttle services for the U.S. Department of State (DOS) around the following addresses: 2201 C St. NW, Washington DC 20520 2401 E Street NW, Washington DC 20037 2216 Gallows Rd Dunn Loring, VA 22027 4020 Arlington Blvd Rossyln, VA 22204 4400 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC 20016 7942 Angus Court G&H By Springfield, VA 22150 201 Motorsports Park Circle, Summit Point WV 25446 Other possible Downtown, Washington DC locations If your hotels or services cannot reasonably service these areas above, we still encourage your firm to send capability statements as described below in response to this notice anyway so we can have information about your firm for future planning purposes as well. Any hotel source interested or capable of providing lodging below the federal per diem rates for their respective areas as referenced on GSA's website www.gsa.gov and willing to work with the U.S. Department of State requirements should submit a statement of capabilities via email, please include sleeping and meeting capacity of hotels available, amenities available on-site, local businesses surrounding the location, AAA or Mobile rating for the hotel properties your firm is looking to offer, your firm's business size (small or large as defined by www.sba.gov) along with your firm's DUNN & Bradstreet Number to the points of contact identified on this notice. All submissions should include a commercial price range which these services are being offered to the public to include average room night rate, average conference room rates, shuttle service, and average rates for any other amenity offered on-site. Also state if your firm is willing to negotiate rates below per diem depending on volume offered by the DOS. This notice is for informational and market research purposes only. The DOS will not reimburse for the information submitted.
