- ***UPDATE**** FAR Part 15 contracting will be utilized for this requirement. The Government intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference on Tuesday, 16 December 2008, at Andrews Air Force Base (AFB), Maryland. A DRAFT RFP and documents (SOW, CDRLS) are anticipated to be posted to http://www.navair.navy.mil No Later Than (NLT) Wednesday, 03 December 2008. To access, select “Doing business with us,” then select “Open Solicitations,” reference “N00019-09-R-0205,” now the official contract solicitation number. Please notify both Naval Air Systems Command Point of Contacts (POCs) Lindsey Miranda and Jim Smith NLT Friday, 05 December 2008, to provide notification of the names of persons attending the conference. Provide full name, social security number, date of birth, place of birth, and represented company for each person who will attend. This information is required in order to gain access to Andrews AFB. Submit the required information to the POCs listed above by email, phone, or mail.
