- The work includes, but is not limited to, improving the existing temporary levee, clearing, grubbing and stripping, excavation of existing accumulated pervious material (sand), placement, shaping, and compaction of pervious material, improvements to existing storm culverts. Plans and specifications will be available on Dec. 1st with offers due on Dec 4th. The estimated order of magnitude for this solicitation bewteen $250,000 and $500,000 The contract duration will be 60 calendar days. Arrangements for inspecting the site may be made with Mr. Mike Wolterman Keokuk Area Office, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, 300 Main Street Keokuk, IA 52632 Telephone No.: (319) 524-2394.
