- This is a sources sought notice; there is no solicitation at this time. This notice is published for market research purposes only. No responses will be provided for any requests for solicitation. The 36th Contracting Squadron contemplates entering into Blanket Purchase Agreements for the supply of the following construction materials to Andersen AFB, Guam: 0001 -- 3000 psi concrete, 3/4 inch aggregate, non-pumpable 0002 -- 3500 psi concrete,.375 aggregate 0003 -- 4000 psi concrete, 3/4 inch aggregate, non-pumpable 0004 -- 4000 psi concrete, 3/4 inch aggregate, pump mix 0005 -- 5000 psi concrete, 3/4 inch aggregate, pump mix 0006 -- 500 psi flowable fill, 3/8 inch aggregate pump mix for filling foundation drill holes 0007 -- Type 1 Portland Cement for batch plant silo 0008 -- SS-1h emulsified asphalt, prime coat for paving 0009 -- Hot mix asphalt for paving AAFB 50 0010 -- High performance cold mix asphalt 0011 -- OICC 75 asphalt 0012 -- 2 inch minus base course aggregate 0013 -- 3/4 inch aggregate, washed for batch plant use 0014 -- 3/8 inch aggregate, washed for batch plant use 0015 -- Washed sand for batch plant use 0016 -- 3/8 bedding sand for utilities trenches 0017 -- Pennsylvania Sand for block work 0018 -- Hammermill No. 3 sand (plastering or mortar mix) 0019 -- Concrete pumper truck rental 0020 -- Prime coat distributor truck rental The following information is requested: - Vendor's ability to supply the materials, in whole or in part, with deliveries to Andersen AFB's main base and annexes at Northwest Field and Andersen South on a per-order basis throughout the life of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (contemplated at 5 years). - Whether similar materials are currently being provided in the commercial marketplace - Whether similar materials are being provided or have been provided to any other Federal agency - Vendor's size classification (Hubzone, 8(a), Small, Small Disadvantage, Woman Owned, Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business, and Large Business) relative to NAICS Code 339950. The small business size standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, cage code, and business size pursuant to the above NAICS.
