- SYNOPSIS 09-0025--NAVSEA Indian Head requires modeling and simulation support services for the Dynamic System Mechanics Advanced Simulation (DYSMAS) program. This is a SOLE SOURCE acquisition to be negotiated with Dynaflow, Incorporated, 10621 J. Iron Bridge Road, Suite J, Jessup, MD 20794. The NAICS code is 541330. The size standard is $27 million. The FSC code is R425. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil.
