- Q8: If there is any format you would like for us to follow or any formatting requirements to make the review process easier, please let us know. A8: No specific format required. Q9: We are interested in submitting a proposal in response to the FAR Training Solicitation. For our cost proposal, we are wondering if the travel expenses will apply to all 50 atendees and if it will include airfare, hotel and per diem provided for each attendee. A9: This will be an onsite course to be provided at the USCG Base, Aviation Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, NC. The travel expenses apply to the instructor; all students are local.
