- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4 and AMS Policy 3.2.1.2.1 - this announcement is to conduct a Market Survey for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors. The FAA is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing support services in the area of labor relations to the Office of Strategy and Performance. The anticipated contract period is five (5) years, one base with four one-year option periods. This market survey will serve to provide information for the FAA to consider in choosing the method and type of procurement; competitive, limited competition, or single source. The failure to obtain adequate and appropriate responses from the small business community may result in a determination to conduct this procurement under other competitive procedures. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) size standard code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, Size Standard $6.5M. All costs associated with the preparation or submission of responses is the responsibility of the potential source. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Attached are: 1) Draft statement of work, 2) market survey response instructions and 3) business declaration form.
