- Administrative Management Services at Five Offices in Southern Michigan, R-- 561110 This solicitation is to provide administrative services at the Michigan Service Center Office, the P.V. McNamara Property Management Office, and the Theodore Levin U. S. Courthouse Property Management Office in Detroit, Michigan; the Gerald R. Ford Property Management Office, Grand Rapids, Michigan; and the Hoyt, Doyle, Inouye Federal Center Property Management Office, Battle Creek, Michigan. The administrative services positions will include the following tasks, but are not limited to: (1) Word processing using Microsoft Office, letters/memos, merging text from different sources into complete properly formatted documents; (2) Creating, maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel; (3) Providing receptionist, faxing, and copier/duplicating functions; (4) Sorting and distributing mail and addressing and mailing packages and envelopes; (5) Receiving incoming service calls from building tenants; and, (6) Receiving and confirming conference room reservation requests. There shall be no direct employee-employer relationship between the contract employees and the federal government under the contract. The contractor shall provide supervision of the contract personnel provided. This will be a performance-based contract. The term of the contract will be a one (1) year base with four (4) one-year options. The offeror will be required to submit a base bid along with pricing for the four option periods. The anticipated start date is February 1, 2009. This acquisition will be set aside for small business concerns. NAICS is 561110 and the size standard is $7.0 million. This will be a negotiated firm fixed price acquisition. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price related factors. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 5, 2008; the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractor’s shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
