- Description
- The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Contracting Office has a requirement to Troubleshoot the Torque Control System of the OH-58 Grearbox Test Stand. Due to properitary data and drawings, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 3204(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and not other supplies or servies will satisfy the Agency requirements. RFQ number W912NW-09-T-0008 will be issued on or about 26 November 2008 2008, with a closing date of 5 December 2008. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to angie.prado@us.army.mil. Request must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, CAGE Code, TAX ID number, business size, county, and DUNS number. Note 22 apply.
