- The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Engineering Services, Technical Analysis and Subject Matter Services for the DPW as defined in this performance work statement (PWS) at Fort Richardson Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Estimated quantities of work by task are listed in each Technical Exhibit, and are provided as a courtesy only to reflect historical workloads for similar tasks. Historical workloads shall not be used as a concrete number, and the government shall not be responsible for contractor use of this information for bidding purposes. Contractor should bid on the required tasks in Section C.5. of the PWS. Solicitation should be available on or about December 11 2008
