- Contractor shall provide a bus capable of carrying a minimum of 35 soldiers in and around the Washington, DC area, and a licensed bus driver. The bus will meet at the Springfield Hilton Hotel, 6550 Lois Dale Road, Springfield, VA 22150 TEL # (703) 971-8900, each morning and return the soldiers there each night. The bus will remain near the group each day. The bus must have an on-board lavatory, a cell phone, and willing to divulge social security number for admittance to selected installations during the week. Contractor will be present at the following date/ time/location/destination/departure time, estimated return time to hotel: Day 1 at 0700 hours: Springfield Hilton Hotel/Fort Belvoir (8825 Beulah Street, VA 22060). 1630-1700 return to hotel. Day 2 at 0645 hours: Springfield Hilton Hotel/National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) 2055 Boulder Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911. 1645/1900 return to hotel. Day 3 at 0645 hours: Springfield Hilton Hotel/Ft Meade (Route 32, Ft Meade, MD 20755) 1600/1700 return to hotel. Day 4 at 0645 hours: Springfield Hilton Hotel/National Geospatial Agency, 1200 1st St. SE Washington Navy Yard, Bldg. 213 Washington, DC. Then at 1230, travel to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) New Headquarters Bldg, Gate 5 Colonial Farm Road, Mclean VA 22101. 1700/1730 return to hotel. Day 5 at 0645 hours: Springfield Hilton Hotel/NRO (14675 Lee Road, Chantilly VA 22021) then return to hotel 1600/1700.
