- Description
- NSN: 4210-01-149-1356 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with a required delivery of 90 days. The total estimated quantity is 45,172 units. Delivery shall be for stock to a CONUS Defense Distribution Depot. This NSN is a modified commercial item, therefore the requirements will be solicited with commercial clauses and the contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Fixed Price. The procedures for evaluating the proposals received will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and the basis for technical acceptability is a vendor not taking exceptions to the solicitation requirements. Numbered Note 12 (Trade Agreement Act) applies to this solicitation (DFARS 252.225-7021). Copies of the solicitation will be available no sooner than December 8, 2008.
