- Washington Headquarters Service intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Advanced Government Industrial Security, Inc, 4634 Lower Beckleysville Rd, Hampstead, MD 21074-2612, for the repair and maintenance of AGIS Quick Deploy Kit with Pan Tilt Zoom and Thermal imaging. This Kit includes a tactical single video node tripod with high resolution PTZ, Antenna and Carrying Case. Tactical Dual video node tripod with thermal/cctv camera, antenna, and carrying case. Command Center equipment including display node with single video input, laptop with analytical software, antenna and carrying cases. A Rapid deployment intrusion detection system. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; you may forward your companies Capability Statement to Douglas Crowley-CACI Contractor Support at douglas.crowley.ctr@whs.mil. The capability statement shall include the following: a. Past Performance for same or similar projects; b. Dollar amount and volume of projects performed; Incomplete capability statements will not be honored. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than November 21, 2008. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB.
