- This acquisition is 100 % set-aside for small businesses. This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a standard Fire and Movement Range (FMR). Primary facilities include the FMR Range, Control Tower, Bleacher Enclosure, 800 sq/ft Operations/Storage Building, Ammunition Breakdown Building, Latrine, gravel maintenance road, and concrete target emplacements. Supporting facilities include electric service, area lighting, storm drainage, gravel roads, parking areas, and establishment of turf. For security reasons, this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system. FedTeDS is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system.
