- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst New Jersey is issuing this combined Synopsis/Request For Quote (RFQ) N68335-09-T-0025 for the acquisition of the following 4 Eaton-Aeroquip part numbers. Substitutes are not acceptable. CLIN 0001 - 1800 SERIES HALF COUPLING P/N AE99115J, CLIN 0002 DUST PLUG P/N AE99374H, CLIN 0003 DUST PLUG P/N AE99374J, CLIN 0004 DUST PLUG P/N AE 99374K. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested here and another written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall be submitted as follows and must include a DELIVERY DATE: CLIN 0001 - AE99115J 125 each UNIT PRICE ________ AMOUNT _________ CLIN 0002 - AE99374H 70 each UNIT PRICE ________ AMOUNT _________ CLIN 0003 - AE99374J 140 each UNIT PRICE ________ AMOUNT _________ CLIN 0004 - AE 99374K 70 each UNIT PRICE ________ AMOUNT _________ Closing date for receipt of quotes for this procurement is Thursday, 12/4/08, 3:00 PM. All EMAILS regarding this acquisition must include RFQ - N68335-09-T-0025 as part of the subject line. Quotes shall be submitted via email, any questions regarding this RFQ shall be made in writing via email to the POC barbara.davidowich@navy.mil. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quoted prices shall include FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ 08733. Inspection and Acceptance – Destination Lakehurst. Quotes will be submitted listing all detailed information to include; Company CAGE Code, Name, Full Address, Pointsof Contact and alternate, Telephone and Fax numbers, EMAIL address, Federal Tax ID No. Quotes must be submitted in writing to the designated government Point of Contact listed by the closing date listed on this Request For Quotes. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors not registered will not be eligible for award of a Government Purchase Order.
