Description

The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,325 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. The Government also requires 4 surface parking spaces to be designated for use by the US Government, with an additional 2 parking spaces to be made available over the lease term. LEASE TERM: Ten years; five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than December 1, 2008 and include the following: 1.Building name and address 2.Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3.Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4.Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property
