- Home IV Infusion Therapy services as specified in the attached solicitation, in the homes of eligible veterans who are designated by, and are living within the service area of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson Medical Center, Charleston, South Carolina, in accordance with all terms, provisions, general conditions, and requirements listed herein. The service area will cover South Carolina (Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Marion and Williamsburg counties) and Georgia (Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, and Wayne counties). Contract period shall be 1/1/2009 through 12/31/2009, with four (4) one-year option periods to extend.
