- NSN 4320-01-483-7211, Seal Assembly, Shaft, Spring Loaded. I/A/W Eddy Pump Corp. (0XU76) part numbers CC-3000 Item No. 4 and CC-3005-EPCA. The estimated yearly quantity is 11. The unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4320. This requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 26 Nov 08 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 3D code and part numbered item. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase part from other than the current source. This solicitation will be issed as Unrestricted and full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period two times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery and past performance as described in the solicitation.
