- MARKET SURVEY FOR SCADA SYSTEM PROCUREMENT SUPPORT In accordance with FAR part 10, the U.S. Army corps of Engineers, Portland District, is conducting a market survey to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agencies requirements exist. The Hydroelectric Design Center of the U.S. Army corps of Engineers requires the services of SCADA system programming to include a minimum of three years experience in each of the following: C++, Windows programming, PLC Ladder Logic, and Oracle Database. We would like to know the following: 1) Who can provide the work as required above? And 2) Are there small businesses that perform the required services? The Federal Supply Code is R302 (ADP Systems Development & Programming); the NAICS Code is 541(Professional, Science & Technical Services)/541411(Custom Computer Programming Services) with a small business standard of $23 Million. Responses are due no later than 1 December 2008 and should be addressed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, 333 S.W. First Avenue, Portland,Oregon 97204, Attn: CENWP-CT-C (Kathleen Seitz) or emailed to Kathleen.d.seitz@usace.army.mil. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this market survey, nor return the data provided.
