- Contractor to provide bottled water, rental of hot/cold dispensers and paper cups with dispenser. Service is for a period of 9 months, January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009 with two additional 1 year option periods. Service location is the Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90024. Approximately 950 bottles of water, 65 each hot/cold water dispensers, and 560 cup sleeves (100/sleeve) are required per month. Monthly usage will vary. Water and supplies are to be delivered inside to a central location in the basement. This contract does not include water distribution within the building. No off-loading equipment at the loading dock will be provided. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or after November 24, 2008. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications and the Standard Form 1447 offer page must be made in writing. Requests must reference Solicitation #GS-09P-09-WR-C-0005 and should include your street mailing address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address (if available).
