- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole sourcepurchase order for 4 each, L-Bandy Frequency Converter, P/N D-99-9502150-1Kfrom the actual manufacturer. Required Delivery: 30 Jan 09. TheGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only source IAW 10 USC2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. TheGovernment intends to make an award in the Dec 08 timeframe. Notechnical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believesit is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify itsinterest and capability to the Contracting Officer within five days of thispublication. See Note 22
