- Description
- The proposed contract action is for M-Series M1M Analyzer contractor logistic support services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The synopsis is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The government intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract with four-one year options to Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc. The notice is posted for all interested contractors and subcontractors as per FAR subpart 5.201(2)(c). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A formal solicitation will not be issued due to Alpha contracting. Any questions concerning the synopsis must be sent to the following POC no later than 4:00 PM (Central) 28 Nov 08, MAJ Robert S.
