The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide the above NSN to satisfy numerous small requirements for a period not to exceed one year. Orders will be shipped to any destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. 2. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB destination (in accordance with clause 52.247-34). 3. The normal SOP clauses apply to this SPQ. These clauses are available upon request. The Buy-American Act applies to this procurement (in accordance with clause 52.225-1). See below for certification. 4. The Government will make award to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the request for quote; will be the most advantageous to the Government. Consideration could be given to vendor past history, delivery time, and/or price. 5. Due to the time frame for this SPQ (not to exceed one year), no price increases will be given. 6.
