- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *** This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FM560682690080. Quotes shall be submitted in English language! All offerors shall be CCR registered in accordance with the CCR requirements at FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt. A to be eligible for award. *** This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28. Potential offerors are to quote for the delivery and installation of listed below Enviromental Analyzer 1 ea XRF- Spectrum analyzer XL 3t 600 Environmental Analyzer Analyzer with super high resolution silicon PIN Detector for quantitative and qualitative for environmental assessments and metals in soils and sediments. Analysis at concentrations of generally <2%. No radioactive isotopes. The instrument contains an x-ray tube. Bluetooth wireless Connectivity, Standard Source: Au-Anode, 50KVmax. /40uAmax. Standard analytical Range: > 25 elements from Ti to U Analysis Mode: Multi usable mode for heavy metal contents consisting of a light matrix with heavy metal content of ppm to 5%. The mode enables a fast and efficient way for overview analysis without calibration standards. Applications can be soil, ceramics, porcelain, wood, ashes, biosolids, filter residue, plastics (whereas a special mode for analysis of plastics is available), waste, recycling material and so on. Ideal for soil samples, as correctness of mode can be controlled with certified soil standards. Specifications Fast and most precise, ergonomically design and sealed unbreakable LEXAN housing in order to prevent environmental influences, integrated adjustable flip-up color touch screen with virtual keyboard, SpectraView element identification, PC interface for data transfer, remote control and reporting. Software upgrade and implementing new features via e-mail. Internal memory for up to 6000 measurements inclusive spectra. Password protected set-up and operation with several other radiation features. Data transfer via USB, Bluetooth and Serial Communication RS-232. Standard accessories coming with the analyzer Carrying case, shielded belt holster, PC connection cable, one rechargeable 4-cell battery pack, battery charger, AC power supply, and safety lanyard. ACCESSORIES 1 ea Extensive and user friendly PC Software, archival storage and print out of results, preparation of analytic reports, password and authorization based, use friendly spectrum analysis, remote control in addition with the portable test stand the analyzer becomes a complete laboratory instrument, easy handling of the steel grades. 1 ea Rechargeable 4 cell battery pack 1 ea Rechargeable 6 cell battery pack 1 ea Portable test stand The shielded test stand can be folded up and is therefore easy to transport to various application areas. The analyzer is fitted in from underneath within seconds. The samples can be positioned exactly in the stand. Measuring starts only with closed lid. Together with the PC- software the analyzer can be used as a complete laboratory instrument. 1 ea Soil Kit Sample collection, preparation and analysis accessories including sieves, 100 samples cup assemblies. NIST SRMs for calibration check, mortar & pestle set, cleaning brushes, samples collection tools and in-situ test guard. 1 ea Training Training in Germany will be held by a qualified technician. Travel expenses, flight tickets, hotel, taxi etc. will be charged after expenditure separately. 1ea Instrument inspection through Technical Inspection Authority (TÜV) Offerors are authorized to quote on the items indicated above as an OR EQUAL. If' or equal' items are quoted, the Offeror is required to submit the technical specifications along with the offer in accordance with FAR clause 52.211-6.
