- SPECIAL NOTICE: The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia intends to Sole Source this requirement. The services are to provide for the mentoring, teaching, training, advice, and recommendations required to assist in the development of objectives, methods, and Assessment Reports for war games conducted by the Wargaming Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) and Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC). Services will be for a base year with 4 Option Years. This notice is not a request for proposals. No solicitation document is available.
