UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Award Washington, DC Project Number: 4DC0270 The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), DC Service Center, 301 7th Street, SW, Suite 7919, Washington, DC 20407 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to lease space in Washington, DC. The United States Government intends to award a lease to 2100 2nd Street Holdings, LLC, Transpoint Building, Washington, DC, for the Department of Homeland Security/United States Coast Guard. The overall strategy is to ultimately occupy a Federal facility which will accommodate the United States Coast Guard’s need to consolidate with other DHS entities. Since the Federal facility, St. Elizabeths campus in southeast Washington D.C. is not currently ready for tenancy another lease at 2100 2nd Street, SW, will be required. This lease will be for a total of 592,128 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a ten year firm term with cancellation rights after seven years. Those interested in commenting regarding the Government’s intent to award this lease or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to James Smale, Contracting Officer, at jim.smale@gsa.gov or to his attention at the General Services Administration, DC Service Center, 301 7th Street, SW, Suite 7919, Washington, DC 20407.
