- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in Washington DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NRC International, Inc. for Service Maintenance on Government owned on Sterad Sterilizers for Engineering Services. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than November 25, 2008 @ 2:00PM, local time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
