- Item 0001: NSN: 4920-01-387-6124RN, Part number H301-4, Test Set, Environmental, tester using digital display for testing Environmental Control System (ECS) on F-16 aircraft. Requirement is for five (5) each. Approximate dimensions are: 9 ¾” height, 16” width, 22” length, and 36.5 lbs. The RFP is being issued sole source to Howell Instruments, Inc, Cage Code 98869, due to lack of a technical data package for this item. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 8 December 2008 with a response date of 8 January 2009. Delivery is 270 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. (NO TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE)
