- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic intends to issue a firm fixed pricesole source purchase order to Quasar Power and Technologies, Inc., DBA MillPower Source to open, inspect, and repair 10 Each, Uninterruptible PowerSupplies (UPS) P/N: M120BA-1A. Mill Power Source is the original equipmentmanufacturer. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. Numbered Note 22 applies; however, all interested offers will be considered.No hard copy Request For Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available fordistribution. Concerns having expertise and required capabilities to repair theabove items are invited to submit complete information with the following: 1)Document showing evidence as an authorized distributor/dealer for QuasarPower and Technologies; 2) Quotations shall include unit prices; 3) Shippingcharges should be included in the repair price; Ship to address is SPAWAR SSCDet St Juliens Creek, Building 59, Magazine Road, Portsmouth, VA 23702-2737; 4) Proposed delivery in days; and 5) Your company's tax ID and DUNSNumber.
