- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a five-year Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for engineering, analytical and technical services support for various Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection and Homeland Defense program initiatives and systems. Performance will consist of research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), as well as programmatic, logistical, system installation and engineering support services. Required tasks may be performed in and outside the continental United States. The contract will contain provisions for completion and term form delivery orders. A technical proposal is required. Award will be on the basis of the best value to the Government. NSWC PCD plans on releasing the solicitation electronically only on or about 29 December 2008. This requirement will be solicited on the basis of full and open competition. Interested firms may download solicitations and any amendments from the following web sites: 1) NSWC PCD Internet, 2) Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and 3) Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). Also, interested firms may request the solicitation in writing or via e-mail from Contract Specialist: Otis Nattiel, Code B32, NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 or e-mail otis.nattiel@navy.mil. Requests should include the prospective offeror's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, physical mailing address, email address, point of contact and telephone number. Telephone requests will not be accepted. NAICS Code 541330 applies. SBA Size Standard is $4,500,000. FSC is R! 425. A request for proposal will be utilized in awarding this action on or about 31 July 2009.
