- NSN(s): 4720-01-515-3131 Item Description: Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic Purchase will be in accordance with Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number: Eaton (45X75) p/n FK6036RRR6000. No data is available and, therefore, the alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package. This is an unrestricted acquisition inclusive of a 25% option for increased quantities. The quantity WITHOUT the option is expected to be 1,124 each. If the Government chooses to exercise the 25% option quantity within the terms stated in the subject solicitation, then the total quantity will be 1,405 each. The small business standard for this procurement is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or after 12/08/08. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past perofmrance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. The requested delivery for this procurement is 180 days. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination.
