The proposed contract action is for suppliesand services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiatewith only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilityto respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice ofintent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, allproposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award isissued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date ofpublication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. ADetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed contractbased upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion ofthe Government. Information received will normally be considered solelyfor the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitiveprocurement.The solicitation will be available for download on the release date fromwww.fedbizops.gov.
