- A002:Q&A Question: Section 3.12.10 Final Report What version of Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD and Visio is the oldest acceptable? Answer: ABODE ACROBAT 7.0 AND BELOW ARE ACCEPTABLE. THE DOCUMENT SHOULD BE IN PDF, SO THE OTHER TWO PROGRAM QUESTIONS ARE NOT RELEVANT. Section 5.1 Report Draft Can draft report and suggested revisions be handled with email, or are CD-ROM and/or Hardcopy required for this part of the deliverable also? Answer: EMAIL IS ACCEPTABLE FOR DRAFTS. Section 5.3 Final Report Is MS Office 2007 acceptable (some agencies aren't accepting it), or must submission be in MS Office 2000/2003 versions only? Answer: THE DOCUMENT SHOULD BE IN PDF. As regards trips. The RFQ anticipates a trip to China in January 2009. Is the trip to Arlington, VA after contract award anticipated to be before January? Answer: THE TRIP TO ARLINGTON WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE CHINA VISIT.
