- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-05-G-0007 to North Star Scientific Corporation, PO Box 75598, Kapolei, HI 96707 a small, veteran owned, hubzone business. This acquisition will continue the efforts associated with improving reliability and mean flight hours between failures (MFHBF) for the AN/APS-145 Transmitter Set to enhance E-2C readiness. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority in FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
