- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the ProgramExecutive Office - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (PEO-C4I), Networks, Information Assurance and Enterprise Services Program Office (PMW 160), is hosting a Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) Industry Day on 20 November 2008 at the Town and Country Conference Center, located at 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA. The event will be held from 8:00AM until 12:00PM (PST). Check-in will be from 7:00AM 7:45AM. Briefings will begin promptly at 8:00AM. The purpose of this CANES Industry Day is to provide updates to industry on the current status of the CANES Program including the status of the Afloat Core Services (ACS) effort. Briefing materials are now available at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil in the Headquarters Special Notices folder.
