- Solicitation for End Item: C-130 Aircraft, NSN 1560 00 962 3515, Window Panel, Fwd, Lockheed Martin P/N 338127-9. Configuration Control applies, Critical Safety Item item. This is a firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract base plus 4 option years. This procurement is an unrestricted, other than full and open competitive acquisition. NAICS is 336413. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Intended sources are PPG Industries, cage 53117. There is a government first article test requirement; sample of one to be delivered in 90 days ARO. Production delivery within 124 days AFAA. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available from the Government. Offerors must complete and return by close date a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
